Good communication through email when inquired about order status. I needed additional lead time when ordering at Christmas time. When I placed the order (12/06/24), it indicated that I would receive within two weeks. That was simply not true and it should have indicated that it wouldn't arrive until after Christmas.

I bought this for my daughter. She loves Lunar so much she takes it everywhere. Definitely recommend. Will be buying more.
