Want be shipped until spring

The recipient was very happy with the flower arrangement, and it was delivered as requested.

The bouquet that was delivered was quite different from what I ordered! The flowers were for a young child and were supposed to be daisies decorated with butterflies. What got delivered had roses and looked much more mature-- still beautiful, but not as suited to the occasion.

The Jellycat item I ordered was out of stock. Communication from Kremps was clear. Prompt, and helpful in searching for a replacement. Ultimately I chose to cancel my order and rede us was clearly communicated through the email correspondence.

The recipients of the flowers I sent were very happy w/the arrangement. Was delivered when I requested. Pic she texted me was similar but NOT the same as pic online. Even had message that included my friend(s) are huge GBPacker fans. The arrangement had some big ORANGE flowers & ORANGE bow. . . not what I expected for the price. Overall tho, very nice/okay:-/

This is a hard to find rooted fig. Love the fact that Kremp florist has such great selection.

The arrangement was beautiful. I liked getting text messages regarding the delivery status.

The Good: Flowers were delivered to the correct address and my wife lived her flower arrangement. The person choosing and arranging the flowers did a beautiful job. What could be better: The arrangement I ordered was not available; not a single sunflower was included. I wasn’t notified that the delivery was completed.
