My recent order had a mistake in it. I reached out to customer service and received the missing product the next day. I was highly impressed with their customer service. They quickly responded and resolved my issue! Probably the best customer service experience I have had. Very impressed by both the quality of the products and amazing customer service. We are not dealing with your typical smoke shop kratom here. We all know the kind that have no way to communicate with the company on top of not being tested... Yuck! Kraken kratom for life!

I had placed my first order and noticed the shipping label was created, but it never moved along. I contacted their Customer Service and just a little while later on the same day I got a reply from Dallas. Dallas immediately handled my issue and re-shipped my order that very day! The only problem I honestly have is with the rewards section. you click on rewards and it takes you to your account and shows you your past orders, but then loses you there. You have to click on this weird little green thing at the bottom of the screen to access rewards. other than that the website is solid.
