Customer Service communication was effective. however the la luna rose peel did not work as intended.

This toner feels like a missing link in my skincare routine! I really can feel the difference when I only oil cleanse + moisturize VS when I have this toner as step 2. I am also super happy with the price point. I am 3 months in and have used a little more than half the bottle.
