I purchased this on sale and it still arrived in lightning quick speed.

Easy, straightforward purchase. Immediate despatch. No waiting.

Arrived within three working days ❤️

Fast shipping. Appreciate the new coated paper wrapping as mine was delivered on a wet day and courier left it outside despite requesting under cover.

Easy to purchase - great to be able to use up reward points - speedy delivery - great packaging.

Super fast shipping, amazing customer service

Good product but sizing is misleading. Size is so much bigger than chart measurements. Would have gone down a size if id known

Very Good Quality.

Took a wee while to get information back about shoe sizes. Previously Steve Mono shoescwere sized differently e. g. 8 and 9. Very, very prompt delivery - next day to Napier

Comfortable Easy to wear Great style Comfy fabric

No problem with shipping. This item doesn’t need returns

Great service.

I took a chance on this skirt, since elasticated waist bands don’t typically look good on me, and I’m happy I did! It’s a beautiful skirt, it falls so well on me and the material is very soft. I love it

Love Kowtow! Ethos and product quality, second to none.

Love, love, love shopping with you in Wellington. Staff are stand outs when it comes to customer service.

Great timeline.....

I had to exchange the t shirt because it was bigger than expected and I received excellent service - the person I dealt with was kind and helpful.

Love everything about Kowtow and the Wellington store is so inviting and peaceful. My happy place!

I have had great experiences in the Wellington store and also online.
