I heard about Kosterina from Peter Attia's podcast and used his subscriber discount for a first time purchase. I've used the Organic Everyday EVOO, Spicy Red Pepper olive oil, Greek Herb and Lemon olive oil, and Fig Balsamic Vinegar. The difference in taste is undeniable. I've used them repeatedly in an oil/lemon vinaigrette for kale salad, which turns out absolutely bold & delicious. I've also used them with Kosterina's recipes - the Spicy Turkey Chili is so flavorful. I keep coming back for additional purchases. The bottles are shipped with care in beautiful boxes and shipping is timely. These would make great gifts for the discerning cook.
