Since I’ve been using KOS (2019), I have not once been sick, not even with a cold. I love the purity of their products and the effectiveness of their claims. I cannot imagine a life without KOS products. Customer Service is always very kind and helpful—quick in response time. Shipments could go out faster than what they do, but I have no complaints and highly recommend.

I’ve been enjoying KOS for about 2 years now but only recently became a subscriber. I was about to run out before my shipment. It was really easy to have my next one shipped early, and I got it in about 2 days. I’ve always loved their customer service and this is the latest example. My go to is the vanilla powder. Even the hubs loves it and he’s picky about his food.

I PRE purchased subscription items per a sale that Kos had. My account never properly reflected these items. As I tried to explain to customer service 3 times, nothing improved. Finally, I asked them to refund those items. Poor customer service. Poor account information. To their credit, they did refund prepaid subscriptions. I am using products from other plant based companies.

Yummy!! love our protein powder from KOS! However, would prefer that the protein powder does not come with a plastic scooper in every bags. It is such a waste. Minus a start for that.

I ordered the birthday cake flavor to try and was pleasantly surprised. I have never tried this company but love the attention to great ingredients without compromising flavor. My product arrived damaged and they were so fast to respond and correct.

I was looking for a protein shake that was low and sugar, high in protein, and didn’t taste like cardboard. That I’ve happily found. I also want to say that every interaction I’ve had with the folks who work there has been super positive.
