Purchased a pair of shoes and days later got an email saying the shoes were no longer available and the order was cancelled. No offers to purchase a similar item. No discount for future purchase- nothing for the inconvenience of going through the purchase and getting nothing. Terrible customer service. I even wrote an email and never heard back.
