I had some concerns about taking it daily, thought it might be difficult to swollow or digest ( tablets i find difficult to digest) but its lovely, nice, gentle and refreshing and does not repeat on stomach.

It has helped me with my lower back and shoulder pain and my knees feel much better now.

I'm still on month 1 so its a bit early to tell yet but I will be continuing to take it to see what happens in the next month or so. It tastes quite nice
