I know alot is said about the amazing taste but I'm not feeling it. I have to neck it down like medicine and then have something to take the taste away. I'm persevering cos nearly a month in and I'm waiting to see/ feel some benefit. Fingers crossed.

I first got a week's supply - I loved the taste and became a member and have just about been using Kollo Health Collagen for 5 weeks or so. Now I know nothing takes effect immediately, however, my extremely brittle, breaking all the time, dry finger nails are starting to shine and are definitely not breaking anywhere like they were ! I have not got any acryllics on them as they are so bad and have been since being peri and now post menopausal. I am very impressed with the concept, the taste and will continue to use these collagen supplements. My joints are starting to feel a lot happier and I hope this continues - they do appear to be working

I've been using Kollo for almost 12 months now. I can see the difference it's made to my skin and my joints no longer ache in the way that they used to. I started HRT patches about 6 months ago and wondered if I would notice any counter effects (dry skin, etc), but I'm pleased to say that I haven't. I exercise everyday and that might include resistance training, cardio, yoga, pilates and walking. While I do get the occasional muscle tension, its nothing like I used to get before I tried Kollo. I have also recommended it to my friends.

I’ve waited quite a while to write this review because I wanted to give Kollo a really good amount of time to see if it does actually work. So I’ve been using it now for the best part of a year and I can confidently say, yes it does! It’s not cheap and for most it’s a considered purchase and long term commitment BUT if you can afford to do it then go for it. My skin has never looked better, it’s plumper, firmer and I don’t get horrendous hormonal break outs anymore. I’m peri menopausal and my hair was starting to thin, it’s even worked its magic on my hair, it’s glossy and I’m losing less. I love it and so glad I’ve stuck with it. It took around 3 months in all honesty to see the results properly. Love it, love it, love it!
