I got a shipping notification that my order was canceled. I reached out on instagram since the social media manager helped me pick a boat and he responded in 15 minutes with a new tracking number and explained what happened. Just had to hop on here and let people know the amazing customer service Kokopelli provides. Try and DM another company and see if you get a response, yet alone actual help. 5 stars guys!!!
