I reached out to Kokopelli a few months before a trip saying that I need a sprayskirt, so I asked when they would be available. The person who responded to me, Tristan, was exceptionally nice and even offered me his personal sprayskirt to use if Kokopelli didn’t get the sprayskirts back in stock soon enough. Wow. Then a couple weeks before my trip I got a call from Tristan saying they got a few more of the sprayskirt I was looking for and to hop on the website immediately to make sure I grab one before they are gone. That is as good as customer support gets! Thank you Tristan and Kokopelli!

They make great boats!

I got a shipping notification that my order was canceled. I reached out on instagram since the social media manager helped me pick a boat and he responded in 15 minutes with a new tracking number and explained what happened. Just had to hop on here and let people know the amazing customer service Kokopelli provides. Try and DM another company and see if you get a response, yet alone actual help. 5 stars guys!!!
