waiting to see how long it takes to wear heals down on outsole

I ordered my usual size and they were not even close to fitting my foot. A bit too long but also way too wide. They also just look huge - probably 2” longer than the same size in another brand.

Awesome

very smooth

Delivery was Canada Post, and they went to wrong door, had to pick it up 3 days later at post office, only reason I deduct a star. Was shipped promptly, love the boots, always had great experience with Kodiak, I dont need to shop around looking for a boot to try ever again, I know where to go in the future.

Fast shipping. Free return postage in box. Fast return and refund. Easy company to deal with.

Good shipping timing

Customer service was really good when I called and asked questions about boot CSA certification and shipping.

Good service 👍

I bought these boots a few years ago, and they’ve been fantastic. They were the only pair I could find that were truly wide enough to fit my feet comfortably, which is a huge plus. I use them regularly for ladder work and general construction, both in summer and winter. The arch indentation is especially helpful when standing on ladder rungs — your foot sits securely and comfortably without feeling like it’s going to slip. I did swap out the insoles for ones with a bit more cushioning since I rack up a lot of steps each day, but aside from that, they’ve held up incredibly well. Getting a solid three years out of a pair in this industry is impressive. When they finally wore out, I went out of my way to track down the exact same pair again. That says it all. Definitely a great buy — especially if you have wider feet and struggle to find a good fit.

Excellent work shoe or boot 👍

From order placement to receiving product was about a week, as expected, no issues.

I have no complaints!
