Ordered the same product (type and size; order no. 80047689) of knickers as previously purchased from Knickerbox 4 months earlier. Delivery by Evri efficient and punctual, but upon opening found that the sizing has clearly changed and looks a whole size larger. The customer service agent was helpful in explaining the returns process, but I was extremely disappointed that my request for replacement at the same Black Friday prices (I was not interested in a refund) with size 14 was refused. This in spite of the fact that I emailed a photo of the product bought in August against the same product just bought clearly showing it to be noticeably bigger. No issue with product quality - but not happy with the refusal to offer replacement size 14's at the purchased (Black Friday) prices, especially given the additional £3. 99 delivery cost involved and the hassle of returning the original size 16's - when the sizing has changed! Have purchased successfully and satisfactorily from Knickerbox before - but unfortunately am now not inclined to shop with them again!
