As with any custom order shipping date is of a concern. My order was shipped and received on the date I needed it to be delivered. In addition, customer care took steps above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed. Now I only need to place an order for myself.

Here is the thing...this is a start up company with exquisite candles, exquisite packaging and exquisite service. It may take a wee bit longer to ship because everything takes longer to ship. But Santa Claus takes a year to arrive once and we all know this so if you prepare in advance getting a box from Kleio is like a gift from Santa. Or a Magical Sultan or Queen or Magi. So, if you know this then all will be well. Receiving a Kleio box is a magical experience. Well worth the comparitively short wait.

It took a while to get my collection but I am happy that they finally came. Don't give up on your order if the they are back logged it will arrive, eventually.

Okay so it takes a while to ship. And as my mother always said to us kids if we became impatient..." GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT!" Sometimes things of beauty take a while to unfold....flowers for example...and Kleio candle orders. I would be utterly SAD if I could not order these beauties. Keep calm and carry on Queen Siobhan! The packaging on these candles are stunningly gorgeous. I have given these as gifts and every single friend has said how beautiful they are and how the scents are unique and lovely. They are always well packed safely for shipping and arrive safely. It is a small company and each candle is gorgeously packaged so it takes a wee bit more time so as the saying goes...good things come to those who wait. I am over the moon I found these candles. They are amazing and so utterly unique.
