Shipping great. I know we can purchase Klean Kanteen at various stores in Chico. But can we order and pick-up order at KK headquarters on Skyway in Chico to save on shipping when we want to order a specific product that we cannot find at a local shop?

I bought another twist cap because my original broke, not sure if it's a change in the product but after using the new cap my bottle started to leak and it wouldn't keep my water cold for long. Beforehand though, the bottle was great.

This bottle has been great for my toddler. We used for 3 years. The handle did pop out of place a few times and cause some paint removal to get back in place but the damage was minimal. Overall an excellent leak proof water bottle!
