Honestly had always considered Klattermussen an expensive brand, but having bitten the bullet and invested in one of their backpacks I now understand that this is because of the quality of their products. The Brimer provides many solutions for the seasoned hiker in it's ability to expand in size when needed. The frame too is exceptionally comfortable. Highly recommend this.

I need to return one item but never get respond.

My shopping experience has been mixed. The first order I placed was charged for but not processed, but quickly dealt with and reimbursed and I was offered a 20% discount on my next order by as compensation. The carrier you use, UPS, are very slow and poor communicators and change delivery date with short notice. Returning items is also very slow and I am still waiting for a refund for items returned 3/4/24. The coats however ,are excellent. And I am pleased with the fit and quality. Customer care has been polite and helpful. But because of the poor carrier service I would hesitate before ordering again.
