I had phoned re the sizing and also emailed to make sure that they might fit and although I was told they were true to size they aren't unfortunately. I would have appreciated a refund but got my credit and so be it. Your staff are lovely and polite but I'm not sure in this instance not refunding was okay. Love your clothes though and was hoping shoes would be made in my size.
