The products was packaged where there was no damage and from the timeline of placing order, packaging and shipping it was delivered in a timely manner !

Received different size bottle then what was on display, 5x’s smaller bottle filled less then half way but for the same price!! Gypped!!!! Heated!!!! 😡

Emailed customer service to try and exchange/return an oil but got no response. So I ended up wasting money on a scent I wasn't happy with then buying the one I do like.

My purchase arrived quickly and it was well wrapped to prevent damage.

Even after purchasing from the website, I received an email informing me to "finish my order" and I wound purchasing 2 of my original item instead of just the one. Kitokos gave me a store credit for the 2nd bottle even though I would have preferred a refund. Nevertheless, their products are the real deal!

They are fast and efficient. My oils were packaged with care. Will be ordering again soon
