These are fabulous! I find 300ml coconut milk and blending it works the best for me to create the most creamy, almost pudding like texture. I've been supplementing my breakfast and am full and satisfied well into mid afternoon. Getting a good breakfast and feeling fuller for longer is something I have always struggled with but these taste great and pass with flying colours. Vanilla, Banana and Chocolate are my favourites, and I'll definitely be re-ordering once I've finished the variety packs.
