To be honest needed to call in order to check on the shipment. Great customer service when I called. Hanna brightened my day, so I decided to raise the # of stars. But, it is better that Kirk have a status update informing the customer of their orders, even if they are falling behind. 11 - 12 days to move soap from KY to MI.

I love buying from Kirk’s. Wish I could have a smaller order for free shipping but it’s also nice to be stocked up for awhile.
