I just started using them, so I still need to be more consistent, but I really like the product so far. I’d love to try some of the others besides Energy, Sleep, and Mood, which are the ones I received.

Patches work after one week and it gets great. . then the progress drops off a bit, they’re still working but I feel my body is adjusting! Also they could do with a lip on the circle to peel off the plastic to avoid curling. The adhesive is strong so be careful on delicate skin as I’ve had some soreness after taking them off.
