The shipping service was prompt and came right to the front door. The system works just as it is advertised for.

Shipping was fine; however, like stated previously, the unit doesn't soften the water a whole lot. Hoping as time goes on, the water gets a little bit more softer.

Prompt response and replacement

Filters showed up right around the one year mark. An issue with the installer having to supply water from the right side was cured easily by their customer service agent sending a corrected label at n/c a GREAT experience.
