I am addicted to sugar, and crave chocolate/sugary things all the time (especially at night). I have used this for 10 days, using sporadically throughout the day, and my cravings have pretty much halved!! Can't believe the difference in such a short space of time. Well impressed.

I was thinking about a product like this to help me with my cravings, and I got an ad on Instagram. How strange! Anyways, I have instantly purchased it and thought I’d give it a chance. I have been using it for the past three weeks and it has been helping me a lot. I’m not saying it doesn’t take willpower because it does, but this little golden bullet does help with my cravings, I have been sniffing on it whenever I’ve had the wildest cravings. Smells super sweet, and if you like the vanilla scent, you will definitely like it. Vanilla is my favourite scent ever so I absolutely adored it but sometimes it does get a bit sickly because of how sweet it is. However I think that’s the point of this product. I gave it to my boyfriend to have a sniff and he hated how sweet it was. It does smell like most sweet stuff, so whenever I’m craving chocolate or cake or anything sweet, this instantly reminds me of that. I’ve also been dieting and I lost about 15 pounds. Bear mind I have not had anything sweet or processed in the last month which to me is unbelievable because I was stuck in a binge eating cycle before coming across this product. I wouldn’t, let a day go by without having a whole chocolate bar. Now, although I still want something sweet, I don’t crave it as much and I don’t even sniff the bullet as much anymore because I don’t feel the need to. I feel more in control. To be honest I think that I won’t even use up all of the 3 bullets in the next 3 months because of how little I’m already using the first bullet, which is great. I will continue to use it whenever I need it. I do take it with me when I go shopping so that if I look at something that might tempt me, I will sniff the bullet. I absolutely love the science behind this product and the packaging was really nice. Amazing, I don't know how it works but it does. Whenever I feel the urge I use my little yellow friend and all is well. Requires will power but it certainly does help me.

Been using it for about a month and really starting to notice the change. Used to snack on sweets and junk food in the evening after a long day but have managed to seriously reduce this. Currently down 1/2 stone and will be continuing to use Killa Vanilla.

I’ve ordered the starter kit and I’m still on the 1st stick but I am already seeing a change in my habits and my overall mindset. I’m not the worst anyway but I’m definitely more receptive now to artificial sweetness and am trying to adopt sugar within natural sources like fruit. I’m hoping that the stick helps me to drink more water in the longer term.

Been using for a few months now and it really helps with my cravings. As a nurse I work all hours and often in the past have looked for quick sugar fixes to keep me going. No longer…… I keep a stick in my pocket and use whenever needed, works every time!

I'm actually surprised how well it's helped! At work there's lots of temptations with co-workers birthdays and all the sweet treats they bring in! I'd normally be unable to pass the table without grabbing a couple of Costco cookies and a brownie or two then coming back an hour or so later and having just as much! I'm not overweight but I was concerned about the increased chances of diabetes with the amount of sugar I was consuming. Killa vanilla has a strong sweet smell and helps me to instantly overcome the craving I can't keep away from. I'm only a couple of weeks in but it is 100% working for me!

Have already feeling the benefit, as a chocoholic I used to eat chocolate every day. I haven’t had any chocolate for over a week and have even refused a bar of chocolate I was offered. I know that there is still a way to go…but getting there quicker than I thought was possible!

I’m gradually cutting down on sugary foods as I know I couldn’t stop completely at once - one step at a time - has definitely helped me at work which was where I had the most temptation - always biscuits available - if I feel tempted one sniff of Killa Vanilla takes the craving away
