The first Keon I received malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. I was asked to perform some technical tasks that I wasn't familiar with, such as creating a video of the Keon powering up. Since I'm not very tech-savvy, this proved to be a bit challenging for me. However, everything was eventually resolved.

It's been okay I love your products but I've noticed it probably a good idea for me to start buying a warranty because so many of them wear out faster than I feel they should knowing how I take care of things they should last longer
