Customer support got back to me fairly quickly regarding questions about the warranty. I would love to know more about plans for upgrading the app.

I have a lot of your product lines and have been mostly satisfied with them, except the Keon, which is just way too awkward to use, especially with all the setup and the trouble with cleaning. The Powerblow is a game-changer and by far my favorite of your products. The power shot is ok, but with the sleeve that incorporates it is awesome. The power shot sleeve does make it awkward to put the insert back in after cleaning, but I made a tool using some PVC pipe and attached a rag to push the insert back in. Combining Power Blow and Power Shot creates a tight choke point, amplifying the suction and vibrations, which is by far my favorite. One thing I would like is improvements for your applications. For your Feel Connect, better support for multiple product integration and prebuilt actions, as you have for Power Blow, but one that supports all products working together. As for your online when I attempted to use them, they either did not react properly or dropped the connection. Overall, happy with products as standalone and look forward to better product integration in the future.
