Great customer service. I accidentally clicked the collect button when I needed my order delivered. When a few weeks had passed and I hadn’t collected they told me if clicked collect so delivery was organised immediately.

I was very happy with the toys that I ordered from Kidzinc for my grandchildren this past Christmas. There was one minor issue with the timing of the dispatch and payment however Kidzinc sorted this out as soon as I contacted them. The gifts arrived well in time for Christmas.

We purchased a 4M - KidzRobotix Drummer Robot for our 6 year old grandsons birthday gift. He loved it and is looking forward to constructing it with his Dad soon. Awesome delivery service and it arrived in good time for his birthday itself.

These have made welcome birthday gifts for a four and five year old both who can focus on colouring in. The plan is to create independently as a focus or relaxed activity with a parent in earshot for encouragement.
