I don't typically leave reviews, although I felt this one was well deserved. I was in the middle of a project and had ordered the 2x6 end cap overnight. I received a phone call to verify delivery and they made sure I got it the next day. I think it is awesome when a company will pick up the phone and call a customer. They were very pleasant to talk to as well. The product was awesome. I put it on the bottom of a 2,000lb fish tank and the caps appear to be doing very well and allows me to slide it on a wood floor without any damage or scratching. I was happy all the way around.

Called for assistance to identify the product I needed and the staff was very helpful. Placed the order online with free ground shipping and it arrived in 2 days. The tarps were identical replacements for the Monkey Playsystem set we installed 10 yrs ago and is still in very good condition. I highly recommend Kidwise.

We purchased your bounce house for our church's Fall Festival. First of all I would say Awesome job to Brittney who helped me in Customer Service- I was in a time crunch and she helped me as I placed the order and made sure on her end that it was all received and that it would get there when they said. She also made sure I was aware of warranty issue and responded back to me regarding all that would come with it - the blower and the stakes and bag and recommended a tarp to go under to prolong the life of our inflatable. She was very helpful and we so appreciate her and your company that helped us have a successful day. The Kids and Families loved it. We were so pleased with the appealing, safe, durability and quality of the inflatable and that we will get to use it for years to come!!!

I needed the slide in a hurry. I called the company they were very helpful in getting the order expedited. The slide arrived when they said it would and it looked and worked great. The slide is very durable and the kids can pick up some good speed on it.
