Returned The Product But Excellent Customer Service
The product I ordered turned out not to be quite what I needed. I had missed the return window by a few days and sent them an email explaining my situation. I wasn't expecting a refund or them to accept a return but they offered the option and resolved everything quickly. Although the specific product didn't work out for me, I would purchase something from them again simply because I know if anything were to go wrong, their customer service is excellent and they'd fix the issue.

I have gotten numerous items from kickass for my motoventure trailer. 2 awnings, probably another here soon, hot water heater, 12v pump… etc. everything I have gotten so far I have been super happy with it. I’ve called tech to ask questions and be delighted by quick response and helpful info. Everything ordered has come promptly. Most of all fair prices for the quality. A+ quality at a solid C price. Great job guys.
