I tried to get in touch with Keys Soulcare to discuss my order with both email address on delivery email and one given by beauty experts and both were returned undelivered. I won’t be dealing wth this Company again.

I never had a facial care routine until I was introduced to Keys Soulcare a couple of years ago. Now I can’t live without doing my facial care routine with Keys Soulcare products. The affirmations on each bottle makes it that much more intimate and special when taking care of my face. One day while sitting down for dinner, my son wanted to know about a good facial soap. I told him about Keys Soul. My mom said, “Yes use what she uses, her skin glows!”

Overall, loved the packaging.

Terrible customer service. I received my order almost a month after ordering, only after contacting the company. I got a shipping notice right away, so obviously it was never shipped, initially. Then, it arrived with two items missing. I again contacted the company. They at first said it must have been compromised (as the box arrived unsealed), but then told me the items were actually out of stock at the time of shipping. They finally suggested they would refund me for the missing item (one of the items was an incentive product -a gift with the purchase)How could they not refund me automatically and inform me the items were out of stock? So, out of three items, I got one. This was a terrible experience, and I will never order on line again. It’s too bad, because we love the products and ordered directly because Sephora stopped carrying the line. I guess we will have to find a new product line. Perhaps this was an isolated incident, but I’m not willing to try again, and go through the frustration.

I paid for lip balm which never turned up, I was still charged for it. . .

I am a regular customer from now on! Great products, great prices and fast shipping!

Love the product

I love those products. This was the first time that I had to order in the States, because In the The Netherlands i couldn’t find the right size anymore. I had to ask something about my delivery and their customers service are really friendly and polite. Thank you so much!
