Packing and delivery is always good but what’s not is the automated coupons that are generated after I place an online order. I am a returning customer and every time I order I spend a decent amount of money and as soon as I click submit my email is hit with one coupon after another to buy more, this is not only aggravating but also just bad marketing. stop using the bot and run regular coupons and advertise with real authentic coupons. Create loyal customers that return for good products with authentic sales and stop spamming us with better coupons after we order, it is insulting and not fair to us.

I love the products! Feels great and I just love that I can treat myself. Taking time to cleanse and love on my skin is lovely. I love the products I do wish they were more fragrant, but that's minor.

Only docked a star because the customer service was not great. I sent a gift to my mother for her birthday and they couldn't even send with a nice note. I trust that Alicia and her team can figure that one out! Otherwise, I've been using the products for years!
