Shipping was quick. I like the product. My only complaint would be the price. It is very expensive. But, my hair is naturally gray now and thinning so I am trying to maximize the life of the applied color and prevent damage. I recently tried to use a 20% off coupon with my last order but it didn’t work. I reached out to the customer service number. The reply said there would be followup, but I have heard nothing. I do like the product but it is a stretch for me. I am approaching retirement and may have to find something else.
