The pearl was a great size and very smooth and lustrous. It didn't match my tahitian earrings so I returned it. Otherwise, service was very good.

the earring were absolutely stunning. Luscious, large pearl with a glorious luster. The diamonds were super sparkly for small diamonds. I loved them. The pearl was not as dark as I wanted so I sent them back and asked for an exchange for a darker golden pearl. Instead of an exchange, my order was totally cancelled. I was surprised and disappointed but will not buy again from Pearls of Joy. Quality and Beauty - 5 star rating for the earrings. Item arrived late-after Christmas. Paid handsomely for FedEx One to two day. Shipping ($35) to get item to the house before Christmas -item was delayed. Asked supplier to refund my shipping cost -supplier refused and told me it was my responsibility to go get a refund from FedEx. Also, no telephone support. I returned the item.
