I ordered a t-shirt, sweatshirt and beautiful print. I was sent the wrong sweatshirt and reached out to customer service and there sending me the correct sweatshirt hopefully soon. I think your website is done very well. I usually wear a size xl and I could have used an xxL since things run a little small. Have a great day😊

I’m not sure how Elise manages to channel magic, but she did it again. This custom portrait of my friend’s beloved pet is somehow tender, regal, and a little bit cheeky — just like she was. The detail is perfect, the spirit is uncanny, and it brought genuine tears (the good kind). I wear her designs regularly and this piece reminds me why: she doesn’t just create art, she captures soul. Truly grateful to have this memory so beautifully honored — and to gift something that brought both comfort and joy. 10/10, would commission again (and again, and again).

Our order arrived with a mispick and the clothes were sized differently than before. I submitted a return but no one has contacted me with return labels and how to exchange.
