Super customer service.

Such a great selection of shoes.

Always great service

The sale price at Ketch shoes made these shoes an option and the shipping was very quick. I was kept well apprised of the stage that my order was at. An excellent shopping experience!

Always very satisfied

I have purchased a few pairs of shoes from the Ketch website and have been extremely happy. The variety of styles and choices is wonderful. My orders arrive in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this website. Very easy to use.

Excellent service.

Ketch shoes seems to be a reliable vendor, with excellent return policy. The less hassle there is, the better the customer experience, and provides more incentive to shop from this retailer again!

Handled my size exchange perfectly.

Arrived when expected. I wanted to also purchase the brown pair but my size was not available

Great service

Order delivered in expédiant manner.

Order was shipped quickly. The packaging was great and the shoes arrived in perfect condition! Thank you!!

Excellent choices great selection and sales

First order and all was good!!

Great selection of quality footware. So far, shipping has been excellent 👌.

While I was searching a particular brand of show I discovered this site, Ketch. I’m very impressed with the selection of shoes and boots. What’s abit hard is not knowing the actual measurement of the 2 boots that I bought. The length, width for the size I purchased are good but the boots themselves a little tight around the ankle to mid calf. The shipping was quick and the site itself is easy to navigate. I hope to purchase more of the beautiful brands and styles but may stay away from the boots.

Fast delivery and free shipping

I'm so glad I found ketch shoes. Thank you
