We can trust the Company Keratinbeauty. There was a problem in the processing of my order. I only got one bottle of 1 liter of Brazilian Hair Smoothing Treatment instead of 5 bottles of 1 liter that I had ordered and paid. It was therefore missing 4 bottles. I reported the problem immediately. After checking, the customer service sent the 4 missing bottles to France.
