I sent an email to the warranty department about an issue I was having with my car mount adhering to the dashboard. They asked me a few questions, and within a day they had my issue resolved satisfactorily. They gave me free dash board mounts with no hesitations. Its a great product, with what I have learned, a great warranty department. They stand by their products, which is so hard to find in the car mount business. I highly recommend buying from them. I will again, happily.

Very best & simple vent mount

The Kenu Airframe Magnetic is by far the most convenient cell phone holder I've ever used. It's small and works great. We have one in both cars and I'm planning to buy another one for travel. No-hassle lifetime warranty is the icing on the cake.

I purchased 2 of the Airframe magnetic vent mounts to replace my 2014 airframe vent mount. The 2014 units were still working, I wanted something that allowed me to mount and remove a phone with one hand. The magnets are very strong and hold the phone secure. I decided to remove the vent clip and attached the magnetic head to a pro clip dash mount. I'm very happy with this arrangement. Kenu makes fantastic products!!

I have been using Kenu for last 4 years now and I have bought over 10 so far for all my cars and by brothers car as well as introduce it to my friends, I love it and use it every day, my car is incomplete without Kenu.

I tried using my Kenu window-suction mount with a magnetic holder with my iPhone X and physically it works fine. My issue is with the magnet itself which is advertised as safe for use with Smartphones. The first iPhone X I tried with the Kenu mount had major software issues after several days of use. I had to return the iPhone to Costco and get a replacement. I have tried the replacement 2-4 times for shorter periods of use, the iPhone started to have issues so I have not used it since. I believe the magnetic safety claim should be investigated more thoroughly as the solution is great from a form/fit perspective.
