Kennidi is a joy, and the time UPS lost my order, she re-made it AND sent some stickers for the inconvenience (even though it wasn't her fault at all!). Perfect T-shirt love it!

I ordered multiple things - a couple stickers, the Gulf of Mexico t-shirt, and the Luigi candle. The stickers and shirt were perfect, but the candle had the exterior design applied crookedly. When I wrote them about it, I mentioned that it wasn’t a biggie but I wanted them to know. I immediately heard back, and was sent a new one via priority shipping that arrived two days later. That level of customer service is just *chefs kiss*. I already loved their cute stuff, but that response means I’ll definitely be placing more orders in the future!
