Does the job for which it was designed and manufactured.

It works fine but is heavier than I expected. I have a split level house and have to carry it up and down steps. I don't find the pop up feature very user friendly and I change the tools manually.

I had no problems with the online shopping experience and my new vacuum arrived within 3-5 days.

All of the fore mentioned are pluses.
