Order number 3533. I ordered four pairs and two of them were defective. I have sent the email and message to their What’s Up number trying to arrange exchange, but have not heard anything constructive back.

The product is excellent. I am in perimenopause and my period returned just 2 days after I started wearing the Kenkoh slides. Don’t laugh, I believe they definitely had an impact. On another note, the website could be improved, for example, in the product filtering. Other than that, I consider the product to be of very high quality.

Shoes may run a little short. Usually wear 7-7. 5. Order 7. 5 could have used size 8. Order one full size up. Shipping was quick and style is perfect. Can tighten if foot is narrow.

They broke after 2 months, I don't recommend them for that kind of money.
