Mostly good experience. Would like to return the Shizuka Reflexology sandals, as they caused a blister on my left foot.

The shipping was indeed expensive, and there was an extra $20+ demanded before arrival because of international shipping from the UAE. But the shoes are great!

This Kenkoh shop has excellent shoes selection. It’s outside US. I paid $20 tariff to DHL the shipping company. Customer service is responsive if you need help via WhatsApp. I got the shoes in a week time. I couldn’t find this style within US yet. Yes I am a happy with the purchase.

Expensive in the first place then I had to pay a duty fee. I did not know I was purchasing them from Dubai. My older pair have rubber soles the new ones have plastic soles very slippery and noisy when walking.

The product is excellent. I am in perimenopause and my period returned just 2 days after I started wearing the Kenkoh slides. Don’t laugh, I believe they definitely had an impact. On another note, the website could be improved, for example, in the product filtering. Other than that, I consider the product to be of very high quality.
