Sent via DHL the service was professional and tracked.

Product is okay. I definitely noticed changes in the product since my previous order. The shipping was confusing as I was charged a tariff fee after the original order. I think you need to figure out customs fees during the ordering process .

You took my money for 5 pairs of shoes, allowed me to complete the order on my end then magically you don’t have the correct inventory, you don’t send me my full order, you charged me customs fees for the equivalent of 5 pairs of shoes but only sent 4 and a “free” gift I now paid for in fees because you filled the form out incorrectly, you lied about filling the form incorrectly even though you sent it with the order and I have it in my hands, you have not reimbursed me for the missing pair, you’re wasting my time, energy and money. Beyond disappointing.

Prompt shipping

I received a text to pay additional cost due to customs fee prior to delivery. Additionally, this new platform sandal is adorable although one of the worst pair of shoes I’ve ever worn. I’ve included pictures of my feet and the sores due to bad design.

Kenkoh needs to establish regional distributor and delivery networks so that the products are more accessible and simple to get. Today, it is very tough to get one.
