I've been using this product for at least 3 years. I usually order from Sephora but they wee out of stock. The one I received from here was dry and didn't last long at all. Not happy and I hate the new formula as well.

You need to work on shipping procedures and customer service system. Sending a wrong tracking number although I sent the order number and All details is showing a serious concern in system
