Temptations around every corner. . .

I ordered 2 3-yard cuts of 108” fabric at a sale price of $75. One of the 3-yard cuts was received. The second was not. After several phone call to customer service to determine when I might receive the second 3-yard cut, today I received an email indicating that I would receive a refund of $21. 61, the cost of the “bonus” 3-yard cut. So now I’m paying full price for the one cut received. No offer has been made to replace the second 3-yard cut with an alternative fabric. I attempted to contact customer service twice today to find out if an alternative fabric could replace the pack that seems to be unavailable. I was requested to leave my name and phone number and I’ve received no call back. I will not be purchasing from Keepsake Quilting in the future. The service received, or lack thereof, is sorely disappointing.
