Generally happy with Keen, I’ve had 4 or 5 pairs in total over the years but these Zionist open air hiking shoes are dangerous in the wet, not sure they’ve been tested in wet conditions; I very nearly had accidents until I could get home and change them - very poor shoes hence overall low score.

Having ordered size, the shoes were too big. The system to return and exchange for half a size down was very easy. Great customer service and delivery service too. I am still coming to terms with buying shoes online. However, I appreciated the ease of being able to exchange without being charged extra and no hassle to do so.
