Joe is genuinely a nice guy with a gift for writing kettlebell programs. Following them has definitely improved my overall health and conditioning, and has helped me fill some holes in “programs” I have kind of thrown together myself. Great experience overall, amazing customer service. Can’t wait to purchase more from Joe.

I bought KBOMG-1, 2 and "Quick and dirty 30 emom", I absolutely loved each of them! If you want to skyrocket your kb movements and performance, well that's your perfect investment, worth each penny/euro/dollar

KBOMG1 was great, but this
KBOMG1 was great, but this program is even better! I liked the variety of exercises, especially the complexes. Some days are pure torture, but fun! Looking forward to seeing what you did in KBOMG3.
