I got this gift for my bf for his birthday since she was promoting it to be unisex and good quality, the bracelet was clearly not good quality it’s literally giving SHEIN material! I’m very upset since the bracelet didn’t fit him it was super small thickness wise it didn’t even fit his wrist, I tried emailing the business for a refund and I have Not received anything back I clearly feel ignored I tried doing this the nice way but, I will not be supporting this scam of a business. Thank you.

I had bought a replacement anklet from this company as I had purchased one a couple years ago. I came back and purchased the same anklet because it had lasted me so long the first time and it was just time to get a new one. When I received the new anklet, it was as if I had ordered two completely separate things. The new anklet does not even fit around my ankle and it’s not even like I have big ankles. The color and width is completely different in addition to the length. As I cannot even fit the anklet, I reached out to the company twice and still have yet to hear anything. Very disappointed as I thought this was a good brand. I guess not.
