Products come quickly and I enjoy the updates along the way so I know where my products are. Packaging is always on point and never have products spill in the boxes. I’ve order from other places and that was a huge concern. Nope not here at Kavella always 10/10 experience

I like the products and the company, but the shipping charges are insane. Oh, a coupon for 10 or even 20% off? Well, it makes zero difference after you pay for shipping, which is always close to $20! That is definitely a huge deterrent for me. I’d like to try some new products out, but I have to wait until paying for the shipping is worth it. Website could be better. Product descriptions could be a bit more detailed. I wish there were more travel sizes. A dedicated body wash would also be nice. I like that the company is clean and promotes low/zero waste. Prices are just very high, and when shipping is factored in… it’s just a lot.

Love using my Kavella products, the have been game changing for my hair.

Kavella products sre the best I have ever used! I did stop using them for a time , but came back when I noticed the change in my hair without them. My hair is coming back to what it was! The Clarifying Shampoo is the absolute best in removing product buildup. The Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner give hair so much body. I love the Volumizing mousse, it creates a beachy look and the recovery lotion smooths hair and makes it feel so silky! Loving the finishing spray it holds, but is yet so gentle and you can build extra body by spraying your hair a layer at the time. Staying with these amazing products, thanks Kavella!!
