I LOVE Katin; the quality, the designs, the sizing and the variety. Very happy repeat customer with things from hats to tees to hoodies. Really appreciate the rewards program as well. I’m knocking a star for a few customer experience related issues: - you can’t combine discount codes with your reward points rewards at checkout, which is disappointing; and since gift cards apply as a discount code, there can be issues with those too - it’s really hard to contact your team, I’ve emailed multiple times and never hear back Overall, still LOVE the brand and will continue to be one of your biggest fans, just hope you can improve the customer experience!
