Love the products, but customer service is lacking. Had failed pumps on 3 tubes of resurfacing product. Only 20% off on next purchase was offered. No refund. Customer Service Phone number is not supported by a human, only push through to web site to try to trouble shoot. Unilever obviously runs lean to control expenses so they can resell their companies.
