Besides the bag being different, I usually have good experiences with Kate.

My fav is the cleanser. I leave it on for a few mins and it's a great mask. My skin is clearer than ever and then using the oil free moisturizer leaves the skin dewy but no greasy.

I love this product and use it pretty much every night. It is very lightweight and moisturizing at the same time.

Quick shipping and appreciate the assurance of a return policy if the product does not respond to my skin well.

cheap stuff

It was very generous of the company to give me the full size product as a result of doing survey. I do admire their other products.

EXCELLEXT SERVICE!

Their products are consistently effective for their intended use.

fast shipping

Great product!

Excellent products, highly effective and making my skin better than when I was younger!

Lots of communication with order confirmation, shipping, and following up on reviews. But I am disappointed with the product and I don't normally review any products I buy. Because it was so costly, I felt the need to submit an honest review.

👏👏👏

Great products/great company

Quality items with every purchase!

This is so cute! Love this for traveling and for work.

I placed 2 orders totaling around $300. On one of my orders, my free gift and samples did not process with my order. I immediately contacted customer service. Three days no response. I contacted customer service again. No response. I received my products and contacted customer service again. Note , my order number was included each time I contacted them. Customer service contacts me 2-3 days after I received my products. They asked for a picture of the box and its contents. I didn’t keep my box and by this time, I was so frustrated with the lack of customer service, it wasn’t worth my time taking pictures of the products I purchased that they could easily see by simply looking at my order. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will start my search for a brand that has superior products and great customer service.

Awesome products & customer service

Great shipping speed and help obtaining the right products for me.

The best!
