The asado came un assembled and two screws were missing. Despite several phone calls three weeks later I am still waiting for the missing parts

Excellent product. Fantastic heat retention. Excellent opportunities for different temperature zones. Would Like some advice on best way to ignite the specialist charcoal that I purchased with the grill. Took ages to light!
