I bought this grill for my husband for his birthday. We are a family of 4. But usually on weekends there are 8 or more. We bought the medium wide, its definitely big enough for 4-6 and we wre experimenting with lots of different cooking ideas. Customer services from Kasai had been amazing! They are super quick to respond. Would recommend product and company We struggled to light it to start with so we bought a bbq chimney. Problem solved! Its now ready to go in 15-20 mins. And I even cook my beetroot from the garden allotment in the coals after too! (Wrapped in foil)

Great serve and communication, though they did say there was a delay, I really didn’t notice one. I’ve purchased loads from here and never been disappointed.

Great products and super fast and well packed delivery

Product is fab. Slight confusion with offer of free apron. Despite trying to add to cart to redeem the offer I couldn’t. When I rang to speak to customer service was told first they were out of stock then that the offer wasn’t in place when I placed my order despite it being advertised on the website and then that I didn’t qualify. I ended up purchasing separately.

I bought a grill (grid) plate and skewers only. Very well made. Recommend completely. Good to buy something made in UK.

Delivery was not as quick as described. Also the product drip trays do not have welded seams which defeats the object as grease spills out

Didn’t receive all items originally so called to chase . They were then sent but still waiting for the charcoal that was ordered ?
