An absolutely fantastic BBQ. All of the heat generated is focused "up" into the grill and not wasted in all directions like a traditional kettle/metal BBQ. Produces really intense direct heat with fantastic results.

Poor communication & organisation.

Ordered over £500 worth of kit, which qualified for their advertised free apron with orders over £175. No apron arrived. Contacted customer service to ask why, and was told the apron “wasn’t added to my basket” at checkout, so they couldn’t send it after the fact. I was told they’d be happy to add it if I placed another order. So the offer only counts if you remember to manually add a free promotional item yourself, and if you don’t, tough luck, better spend another £500+ to get it. Not exactly what I’d call goodwill from a company that’s happy to take the sale. Product itself was fine, but this kind of “gotcha” approach to a promo they advertised themselves has put me right off ordering again.

This item was delivered promptly,tbh I’m always impressed with the amount of information to let me know when items are dispatched and arriving. Packaging was good as these are a fair good weight due to the quality of material used I guess It fits on top and as I said the weight helps it feel very sturdy which is piece of mind considering we are working with an outside oven virtually Once fitted I then placed the griddle tray on top. . this I purchased separately but love the effect of the lines it leaves on the meat ,I personally like this anyway lol I found the heat to the above levels to be good enough. . the higher the level you go ,obviously the lower the temperature,but I found that using a good frying pan at the higher levels kept heat very well and I could manage to cook for more family members with this method. . overall it’s a great addition. . also easy to wipe over and clean

I placed my first order directly with Kasai for a heat board and some charcoal. Unfortunately the heat board arrived with a slight defect. Lucy from the Customer Services team arranged an immediate replacement to be sent. Such personal customer service is becoming increasingly rare these days, so well done Kasai Grills. With the (rare) fine British weather, I’m burning through the binchotan charcoal at a rate of knots so will be placing a repeat order soon!

I bought this grill for my husband for his birthday. We are a family of 4. But usually on weekends there are 8 or more. We bought the medium wide, its definitely big enough for 4-6 and we wre experimenting with lots of different cooking ideas. Customer services from Kasai had been amazing! They are super quick to respond. Would recommend product and company We struggled to light it to start with so we bought a bbq chimney. Problem solved! Its now ready to go in 15-20 mins. And I even cook my beetroot from the garden allotment in the coals after too! (Wrapped in foil)
