We were delighted with our Delphi cushion covers. We are in the UK and so had to pay import duties which did make them expensive but we think they were worth every penny as we have a stunning unique product and guests to our house always comment on them.

S. in 2026. I was shocked to get a bill for 50% of my purchase in duty tax. The bill said pay $218. 00 USD or they will destroy the placemats as it is too expensive to send them back. A caution to anyone shipping to the USA. Could be Trump tariff. The staff at Kaross wrote they have received other messages regarding new high duty tax to US. Be prepared for a huge duty tax bill. I paid the tax as I did not want the beautiful placemats destroyed.

I liked what I got. I only paid about 40 % tax on it - and this becomes much too expensive then.
