I didn’t have much experience with customer service, but shipping was speedy and I received my items in a timely fashion. I Did not love the fact that there was no option for return or refund (since it was a sale item). I would definitely have returned these shoes. They are extremely uncomfortable because the leather has no give whatsoever.
